vibration  screen working principle:

The motor of the screening machine can be installed on the left or right. This machine is made up of screening case, supporting device, vibrator and gearing. The tubbish vibrator is set up in the middle of the case. The vibrating force is changed by adjusting the eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. Bearing is lubricated by lubricating grease.

The screening surface  use wire netting twisted by high grade and durable steel wire. The size of the hole controls the classified size.

Customers should check and count the machine after receiving the machine to eliminate the disadvantage during the transportation.

vibration screen installation:

The screen should be installed on the firm reinforce dconcrete base. The height, intension and area should be calculated separately according to geology and usage.
